Key Responsibilities
- Respond to all client inquiries within 1 hour
- Send quotations after Co-Founder approval
- Issue invoices and receipts
- Manage bookings and job scheduling via ERP
- Manage social media (Facebook, TikTok)
- Send daily reports to Co-Founders
Requirements
Computer skills (Word, Excel)
WhatsApp & Facebook proficient
Basic English email
Valid driving licence
Age 20–35
High school minimum

Field Coordinator
1 Position 📍 Field-based Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Visit client sites and assess job scope
- Supervise and brief cleaning crew on-site
- Collect client sign-off and payment
- Prepare quotations for Co-Founder approval
- Conduct quality inspection after every job
- Report all issues to Co-Founders immediately
Requirements
Valid driving licence (car & motorbike)
Professional appearance
Client-facing confidence
Basic English
Age 22–40
High school minimum

Admin Officer
4 Positions 📍 Field-based Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Execute cleaning to NEXCLEAN+ checklist standard
- Work as a team — finish together
- Report damage or issues immediately
- Handle chemicals safely with correct PPE
- Load and unload equipment daily
- Follow SOP — no shortcuts allowed
